Helpful support, broken app.

Ive kept in touch with the CEO of GamerGuides.com to help any troubleshooting needed for this app, but it still currently remains in broken condition. Downloaded guides disappearing, a Log In that seizes the app up, a Library that stays in a loading cycle... there must be something wrong with their servers for this many problems.

Also, guides downloaded (if you can get around the log-in issues) will need to be downloaded AGAIN upon restarting the app! Which means I cant even access them offline; you therefore need a constant Wi-Fi/data connection to consistently redownload the purchased guides! And good luck with downloading them... some days the connection is lightening-fast, others require you to babysit the app for nearly a half-hour just to download a single guide (downloads wont continue in the background, nor in sleep mode). A darn shame when you consider the quality hard work gone into these guides. Now they wont respond to my e-mails anymore, and its been almost two weeks since.
